What are the responsibilities and job description for the Inside Sales Executive position at Learning Tree International?
Main Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed assigned revenue targets for new business sales within a designated sector.
- Deliver the required high-volume of activities daily, using an optimum blend of all available outreach methods.
- Effectively manage all assigned leads within agreed standards of performance
- Proactively source new opportunities through your own efforts
- Promote assigned Learning Tree campaigns and special offers.
- Receive and respond to incoming customer calls and emails.
- Obtain all necessary information from the customer to further the sales process.
- Document activity accurately in the CRM system to track and manage sales leads.
- Participate in sales and Learning Tree training to sharpen your professional knowledge, skills, and abilities.
- Ensure that internal and external customers consistently receive the highest levels of service.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Experience
- Associate degree or above preferred
- Preferably candidates will have at least 2 - 3 years outbound sales experience.
- Candidates must be goal oriented, self-motivated and have a desire to be a part of a growing team, which is energetic, talented and competitive.
- Candidates will need to be comfortable selling at all levels of an organization, able to sustain a high level of activity and thrive in an environment where accountability is required, and individual contribution is the key to financial reward.
- Comprehensive PC and administration skills with a good understanding of CRM based prospecting.
- Possess strong verbal and written communication skills as well as being an empathetic listener.
- Ability to organize and prioritize effectively.
