Did you know that 80% of learning and reading struggles are a result of weak cognitive learning skills, i.e. memory, attention, and processing speed. This means that even with excellent teaching, instruction and curriculum, weak cognitive skills can still make learning difficult. Weak learning skills require a different approach than tutoring. A tutor reteaches academic information. It requires an instructor or coach to build weak skill, helping students to overcome learning deficits. We’re looking for passionate individuals to become certified brain trainers and possess the following attributes:

Qualifications: Seeking trainers who meet the following requirements:
- Current Undergrads with a minimum of 60 credit hours completed toward a degree invited to apply
- BA/BS degree (All majors welcomed. Graduate students welcomed)
- Work 12-25 hours per week.
- Hours needed: 4-8pm Monday through Friday
- Reliable, energetic, happy & fun people who are excited about helping others reach their true potential!
- Provides exceptional customer service to students and parents.
- Must be able to learn new skills quickly, have strong phonetic skills and maintain a positive attitude
- Work one-on-one with students in a fun, upbeat and interactive environment.
