We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team. If you have 2-3 years of experience in a similar sales role, preferably in high-tech sales, and are passionate about bikes and sustainable mobility, we want to hear from you. You should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, be able to work independently and collaboratively within a team, and have experience with CRM systems and sales platforms, preferably Hubspot. Additionally, you should be a self-starter with a proactive attitude, based in the SF Bay Area, and willing to contribute to the growth and development of Lease a Bike United States.
Responsibilities:
As a Sales Development Representative, you will lead generation & management, sales support, account management, customer success, strategy contribution, and optimization. You will engage potential customers, follow up on leads from various channels, provide detailed information and support to ensure customer satisfaction, maintain and develop relationships with new and existing customers, assist customers in onboarding on the platform, optimize our internal processes, and support Head of Sales in several areas and other projects.
