What are the responsibilities and job description for the Litigation Paralegal position at Lease & LaBau, Inc.?
As of April 4th, a prestigious law firm is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to work closely with attorneys and other staff members. The Litigation Paralegal will be responsible for:
- Contributing to the daily maintenance of cases, assisting with document production, and working on court filings.
- Assisting with preparations for depositions, hearings, and trials, including coordinating trial logistics and attending trials as requested.
- Overseeing the organization of case documents and conducting legal research.
- Preparing motions, subpoenas, and materials for filing with court or service on parties.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree and 6 years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal; trial experience is preferable.
- Strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask and coordinate changing priorities.
- Ability to create a friendly and professional rapport with attorneys, staff, and external parties.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive matters.
