As of October 31st, leading law firm is seeking a Professional Development Manager to coordinate a variety of training and learning programs for the New York office and firm-wide. Responsibilities include:
- Organizing monthly “Lunch & Learns” and other in-house training sessions, including identifying and partnering with external vendors.
- Conducting orientation for new associates, identifying ongoing gaps or training needs, and implementing programs to enhance attorneys’ skillsets.
- Collaborating with the knowledge management team on CLE management.
- Tracking attorneys’ requirements and ensuring attorneys remain in good standing.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of Professional Development experience and a bachelor’s degree.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively and foster a positive rapport with attorneys and colleagues.
