Leasing and Management Co., Inc., an industry leader and a successful property management company located in the Midwest, is looking for experienced Janitorial located in Bloomington, IL. This is a full-time position which includes a benefit package and competitive hourly wage based on experience and knowledge.
Must possess:
- Ability to positively interact with a wide range of people
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Responsibilities include:
- Picking up trash daily
- Cleaning office
- Touch up cleaning vacant units
- Clean common areas
- Assist with moving appliances in units
- Removing trash from vacant units
-minor work orders, ie: change smoke detector batteries, replace furnace filters
