What are the responsibilities and job description for the Property Manager position at Leasing and Management Company Inc.?
-maintain a positive and professional attitude with current tenants and potential tenants in order to spread positive word of mouth
-positively represent the property both on and off the clock
-Greet all tenants and prospects, answer phones
-respond to all internet and phone inquiries
-deliver tenant notices
-enter tenant work order requests into computer software and dispatch to maintenance
-call applicants from waiting list to fill vacancies, assist applicants with completing paperwork
-type leases, and recertification letters
-ensure all lease files are accurate, complete and and organized
-work with Property Manager to collect all rents monthly and to maintain 100% occupancy
-post rent payments and process bank deposits
-understand the lease and be able to explain it in its entirety
-assist Property Manager with move ins, move outs, lease renewals, annual inspections
- complete any other tasks as assigned by Property Manager.
2 years Section 8 experience preferred
-2 years of Low Income Tax Credit Housing experience preferred
-2 years of Property Managers experience preferred
- excellent office skills including Microsoft Office with word and excel preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $57,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
