Position Summary
Leads impactful AI automation and personalization optimization efforts across marketing channels, from planning to production and performance analytics. Primary subject matter expert and power user of our marketing automation / ESP platform, implementing and managing tactical complex automation campaigns in a Braze, Iterable or Bloomreach-level CDP automation environment.
Essential Functions
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to enhance the customer lifecycle, focusing on automation and personalization, including lead generation, engagement, retention, and reactivation.
- Implement and manage marketing automation tools and AI applications to streamline and optimize retention marketing campaigns, including email, SMS, and web personalization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and deliver personalized customer experiences via Shopify and our Automation / ESP CDP platform, and coordinate with vendor partners.
- Analyze customer data and behavior to identify opportunities for improvement and growth, and create trigger-based customer journeys and advanced segmentation informed by AI.
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, A / B testing, and performance tracking, while maintaining retention and loyalty marketing calendars and production cycles.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, and track lifecycle growth, LTV, time to first purchase, repeat purchase rate, and AOV.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in marketing automation and customer lifecycle management, and serve as marketing’s data and development liaison for APIs, webhooks, and data profile attributes in our marketing automation platform.
