How will you make an impact?
We are looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist who is hard-working and motivated to join our team of email automation experts and specialists. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day, hands-on execution of email marketing programs supporting business objectives.
This individual maintains a current understanding of email and digital marketing standards and applies them to campaign execution. We are looking for someone meticulous, a self-starter, a creative thinker, analytical, ready to learn and participate in a data-driven learning organization, passionate about delivering on schedule, and constantly looking for new opportunities to improve our email programs' performance and operational efficacy.
Location : 100% on-site in Hillsboro, Oregon
What will you do?
Perform day-to-day email marketing activities including, but not limited to, email campaign set-up, scheduling, testing, tagging, and deployment of one-time and dynamic content and automation-enabled campaigns.
Build landing pages for the web content publishing platform (Adobe Experience Manager) and marketing automation system (Eloqua).
Enforce email list hygiene rules to ensure deliverability.
Troubleshoot technical issues related to HTML templates, list segmentation, and other aspects of email and landing page execution.
Ensure accuracy, quality, and brand consistency in communications.
Offer thoughtful insights, advice, and recommendations regarding email tactics and opportunities for contact and email optimization.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Computer Science or related major highly preferred
Experience
3 years of proven experience in marketing automation programs (Eloqua preferred).
3 years of hands-on experience in web content publishing platforms (Adobe Experience Manager preferred).
Proficiency in web coding languages such as HTML and CSS.
Experience or familiarity with project management software (Workfront preferred).
Strong time management skills, attention to detail, prioritization abilities, and a drive to take ownership of issues and tasks.
Experience with privacy regulations such as GDPR, CASL, and CAN-SPAM Act.
