We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Private Duty In-Home Caregiver to provide quality personal care and companionship. The ideal candidate will have experience in dementia care and a heart for serving others with patience, kindness, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide hands-on care, including assistance with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility).
- Ensure medication reminders are given according to the care plan.
- Prepare and serve meals while following dietary guidelines.
- Engage in meaningful conversation and activities to provide mental and emotional stimulation.
- Monitor changes in health or behavior and report concerns to the appropriate family members or medical professionals.
- Assist with light housekeeping and maintaining a safe, clean living environment.
- Provide compassionate companionship, ensuring dignity and respect at all times.
- Second Shift 1pm-10pm Monday - Friday
