We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Private Duty In-Home Caregiver to provide quality personal care and companionship. The ideal candidate will have experience in dementia care and a heart for serving others with patience, kindness, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide hands-on care, including assistance with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility).
Ensure medication reminders are given according to the care plan.
Prepare and serve meals while following dietary guidelines.
Engage in meaningful conversation and activities to provide mental and emotional stimulation.
Monitor changes in health or behavior and report concerns to the appropriate family members or medical professionals.
Assist with light housekeeping and maintaining a safe, clean living environment.
Provide compassionate companionship, ensuring dignity and respect at all times.
Second Shift 1pm-10pm Monday - Friday

Requirements :

Experience in dementia care is required.

Previous experience as a caregiver, CNA, or home health aide preferred.

Ability to work independently with reliability and patience.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Physical ability to assist with lifting and transferring clients as needed.

Must be able to pass a background check.

Must have reliable transportation

A heart for caregiving and a commitment to treating clients with dignity and respect.

Available : Second Shift 1pm-10pm Monday - Friday
