What are the responsibilities and job description for the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Districtwide position at Lebanon Community Schools?
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :
- Successful completion of approved Certified Nursing Assistant training program.
- Current certification and registration with the Oregon State Board of Nursing.
- Criminal history clearance.
- Knowledge about child development and childhood care and education.
- Valid driver's license, driving record acceptable to agency carrier, and own transportation.
HOURS : 7.25 hours / day
Monday - Friday
BEGINNING DATE / WAGES :
To Be Determined / As Soon As Possible
21.70 - $28.55 - Placement determined by experience per the negotiated LESPA Contract.
POSITION SUMMARY :
The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) works under the direction of the program's registered nurse. The CNA provides assistance to students experiencing illness and injury. The CNA performs delegated nursing tasks and may be the primary point of contact with the Registered Nurse for the classroom team. The CNA supports students with daily activities, including medication administration, feeding, mobility, and personal hygiene
