Responsibilities
- Manage daily shop operations, ensuring a high standard of service and product quality.
- Oversee inventory management, including stock control, ordering supplies, and maintaining optimal stock levels.
- Utilize POS systems for sales transactions.
- Provide exceptional and courteous customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, taking orders and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop to provide an inviting atmosphere for customers.
Requirements
- Experience in retail.
- Skills in floral design.
- Experience using a computer and internet and knowledge of programs.
- A commitment to providing outstanding and professional customer service.
- Self-driven and understand what needs to be done without prompts.
