What are the responsibilities and job description for the Adult Education Literacy Service Paraeducator position at Lebanon School District (SAU 88)?
The Lebanon School District is seeking for candidate to work under the instruction of the classroom teacher as a part-time Paraeducator. This is a part-time, evening position, two nights a week (Mondays and Wednesdays for 2 hours each night. The perfect candidate will have a high school diploma and have prior experience with students and coursework in adult education. The AELS Paraeducator will assist the teacher in achieving instructional objectives, facilitating the participation of all students in the areas of reading, writing, math, hi-set preparation, and English as a second language.
Requirements:
•4 hours per week and/or as needed.
•About 38 weeks per year.
Pay:
•$27.75.00 per hour based on grant funding.
