This person will be a proactive communicator with excellent customer service skills and the ability to assist clients quickly and effectively. The ideal candidate will help ensure the smooth operation of our service department by coordinating service requests, scheduling technicians, and managing customer expectations.
Requirements :
- Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with our customers and other team members.
- Promptly respond to customers via phone and email.
- Friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and projects.
- Address customer complaints, provide troubleshooting, and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Become familiar with service warranties and schedule accordingly.
- Maintains an understanding of all products and services offered and the policies and procedures.
Preferred Experience :
Tuesday - Saturday 8 : 30 A.M. until 5 : 30 P.M.
