- Provide administrative support including data entry, correspondence preparation, and document management.
- Assist with customer support inquiries, addressing concerns promptly and effectively.
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks as required.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless office operations and support departmental needs.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role is preferred.
- Proficiency in computer software applications including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus but not mandatory.
