Schedule:
Full Time: 8:00am – 5:00pm Monday – Friday
Position Summary:
LECO Corporation is searching for a full-time, long-term, highly-experienced IT Support Specialist. The individual is responsible for analyzing, troubleshooting, and evaluating technology support issues for both local and global users. All technicians must be well versed in providing end-to-end IT support relating to hardware and software applications.
Position Responsibilities:
The specialist role provides a central point of contact for technical assistance and support within the organization's standard computer systems, hardware, or software, and will work with other Information Technology areas to escalate and resolve problems, if necessary. Document, develop and improve existing IT processes, including disc imaging and application packaging. Adhere to established standards and best practices. Watch for trends that indicate potential problems and work to eliminate problems before they occur. Works independently with little to no direct supervision.
Position Requirements:
Experienced with the following:
- Windows Operating Systems
- Active Directory / Azure AD account management
- Office 365 Suite Support
- Cloud application support

OOBE Computer Setup
- SCCM / Intune Deployment Policy Management
- Deployment/installation/ configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of end-user equipment (mobile devices, peripherals, etc.)
- VPN/Remote Access
- General Network/Hardware Support
- Friendly, professional, and customer service-oriented demeanor
- Ability to work under pressure in troubleshooting and resolving complex problems
- Knowledgeable in current PC technology, and ability to adapt to new technology and processes
- In-depth knowledge of Windows and common applications
- Effectively communicate with users who have little or no technical background
- Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently and prioritize workload to meet deadlines individually and in a team environment
Education/Certifications:
- Associate/Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or equivalent work experience and 3-5 years of experience
- Microsoft Certification is a plus
