Benefits Analyst A very desirable employer in Rutland, VT is seeking a Benefits Analyst for their team on a full-time, interim basis. Youll help make positive contributions to the companys culture by providing the highest level of knowledge, service, and responsiveness in all areas of employee benefits. Responsibilities of the Benefits Analyst Analyze, evaluate, and monitor benefit plan eligibility, limitations, and restrictions to ensure compliance with plan provisions and regulatory requirements Research current benefit trends and recommend program enhancements Distribute employee communications Coordinate annual open enrollment process Assist employees with enrollment and benefits-related inquiries Provide data for audits, reports, employee mailings, etc. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives Perform additional tasks and projects as required Qualifications of the Benefits Analyst Previous related experience plus Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience Proficiency with benefit applications, ADP or other HRIS software, and Microsoft Office Suite High attention to detail with strong analytical and research skills Ability to embrace change, multitask, and be productive in a fast-paced environment Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to maintain confidentiality Please share your resume in confidence for this Benefits Analyst opportunity.
