Human Resources Generalist
Our global manufacturing client is seeking a Human Resources Generalist for their team. If you are a strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, then this full-time role could be a great fit!
Responsibilities of the Human Resources Generalist
- Assist with recruitment, payroll, benefits, and performance management functions
- Coordinate and conduct new employee onboarding
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs
- Support the HR team with various administrative tasks, such as preparing reports, organizing files, and scheduling meetings
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations
- Help plan and execute HR events and initiatives
- Perform other tasks as assigned
Qualifications of the Human Resources Generalist
- Associate degree in HR or related field
- 3 years’ previous experience in an HR or administrative role preferred
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
