Office Administrator/Customer Service – Service Industry
A very casual but busy HVAC company is now hiring for their Office Administrator/Customer Service role in Greenland, NH! The ideal candidate is friendly, detail-oriented, able to pick things up quickly, and adept at handling administrative and customer service tasks in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities of the Office Administrator/Customer Service – Service Industry
- Answer high volume of phone calls and provide exceptional service to customers
- Assist with invoicing
- Enter data in QuickBooks
- Scheduling customers for services
- Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications of the Office Administrator/Customer Service – Service Industry
- Previous administrative and customer service experience, ideally in a busy, service-based industry
- High attention to detail
- Positive, ambitious, and outgoing
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational and decision-making skills
- Ability to work well as part of a small team
