What are the responsibilities and job description for the Showroom Fulfillment Coordinator position at Lede Company LLC?
The Fulfillment Coordinator will support and execute the daily operations of the showroom. In this high volume, customer service support role, the Fulfillment Coordinator will have responsibility for a range of showroom activities including end-to-end fulfillment processes, inventory tracking, inventory management, inbound and outbound shipments and any other facets of the showroom. The ideal candidate has experience successfully working in high-volume and fast pace environments, has improved systems and workflows and isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty with a small team.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

Recommend and successfully implement effective inventory management systems and workflows to ensure the efficient operation of the showroom as it relates to all inbound and outbound fulfillment activities

Ensure operations are consistent with our commitment to customer service while fostering an environment that is both employee-centric and customer-centric, with a focus on daily inventory management in order to maximize space while also providing solid customer service

Implement and maintain internal systems to track on-site inventory and organize sample trafficking across clients

Partner closely with the Brand division to ensure and coordinate the showroom is always organized and ready for client meetings or events

Oversee logistics of all inbound & outbound shipments

Establish operations procedures that comply with an efficient and safe showroom
- This is an on-site job; must be able and available to work on-site M - F 9:30am - 6:30pm. Some overtime may be required, including weekends.

QUALIFICATIONS

3 years’ of experience in supply chain or fulfillment management, preferably in a warehouse and/or showroom

Experience successfully managing a high volume of daily inbound and outbound shipments

Exceptional customer service approach

Meticulous attention to detail, focus on accuracy, highly organized and proactive work approach

Adept in collaborating with cross-functional teams: internal teams and external partners

Clear, confident and persuasive verbal & written communication skills when working with a diverse group of stakeholders

Demonstrated ability working in fast-paced work environments and meet deadlines

Acknowledgment of safety compliant standards

Fashion GPS experience is preferred

Must be able to stand and walk throughout the day; Requires ability to climb, stoop, kneel, reach and carry packages and merchandise (up to 25 LBS)
