Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Accounting Analyst to manage customer payments and ensure revenues are converted to cash. Duties include ensuring accuracy and efficiency of operations, processing and monitoring incoming payments, and securing revenue by verifying and posting receipts. Key Responsibilities:

• Billing: Preparing invoices and account statements for clients
• Collections: Collecting payments from customers on time
• Record keeping: Maintaining accounts receivable records and files
• Auditing: Ensuring that invoices are accurate and accounting procedures are followed
• Reconciliation: Resolving account discrepancies and reconciling bank statements
• Reporting: Writing reports for company use, such as monthly financial reports

• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles, fair credit practices and collection regulations
• Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
• Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
• Hands-on experience in operating spreadsheets and accounting software (NetSuite preferred)
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Customer service orientation and negotiation skills
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
