Job functions:
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- General ledger management
- Preparing reports and processing payments
- Handling multiple locations
- Preparing invoices
- Maintain vendor communication and management
- Review expense reports for proper coding
- Ensure policies and procedures are followed accurately
- Manage proper filing system
Requirements:
- 2 years of accounting related experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience working in a high-volume setting
- Support a dynamic team
- Self-motivated and managed
- Accounting systems experience
- Basic Excel knowledge
