We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Clerk to Join our Team!
Accounts receivable duties include ensuring accuracy and efficiency of operations, processing and monitoring incoming payments, and securing revenue by verifying and posting receipts.
Responsibilities
- Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
- Perform daily transactions, including verifying, entering, posting and recording accounts receivables entries
- Prepare bills, invoices and bank deposits
- Daily Cash posting, light B2B Collections
- Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
- Verify discrepancies and resolve clients' billing issues
- Monitor payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients
Requirements and skills
- Proven working experience as Accounts Receivable Associate 3-5 years
- Solid understanding of basic Accounting principles, fair credit practices and collection regulations
- Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
- Hands-on experience in Excel spreadsheets and accounting software (JDE, SAP, Netsuite software)
- Customer service oriented
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Associates OR Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration a plus
- Bilingual Spanish / English
