We're seeking a detail-oriented professional to join our Litigation Department and support our Document Processing team. This hybrid role involves managing complex eDiscovery tasks, supporting litigation teams, and contributing to process improvements. Candidates should bring a passion for high-stakes litigation, strong technical and communication skills, and hands-on experience with Relativity software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert-level support with Relativity, including data processing, culling, and production.
- Lead efforts in transitioning from the current platform to RelOne.
- Collaborate with attorneys to develop and execute document search and review strategies.
- Interface with vendors and external service providers to ensure seamless data handling.
- Troubleshoot data loading/export issues and perform quality control to ensure accuracy and adherence to production standards.
- Manage and track client data using secure tools like ShareFile.
- Provide front-line support for eDiscovery review platforms.
- Assist with print, copy, scan, and binding tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Relativity; RCA certification is a plus.
- Experience in law firm or legal vendor environments preferred.
- Strong data management, Excel, and technical troubleshooting skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective communicator with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly.

Additional Info:

Salary Range: $75,000 - $95,000 annually, depending on experience. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k), PTO, and annual performance-based bonus.
