eDiscovery Analyst
Wheeler Trigg O’Donnell (WTO) was established in 1998 and currently numbers more than 100 lawyers. Summary/Objective
We are seeking a detail-oriented member to join our Litigation Department, while also supporting our Document Processing team. The firm seeks candidates who are passionate about high-stakes litigation and eDiscovery, dedicated to delivering exceptional client service, and prepared to effectively manage complex database/document requests. This position requires advanced data analysis and manipulation using industry standard tools, along with strong technical and communication skills. This hybrid position requires working in Denver, CO and solid experience with Relativity software. The role also includes vendor management, process improvement, and document processing support.
Responsibilities:
- Offer Expert assistance with Relativity and facilitate the migration from current platform to RelOne
- Interface with case attorneys to perform keyword searches, apply filters, and cull data to narrow review set
- Utilize core Relativity tools to prepare documents for review and production
- Process, load and export data to and from our eDiscovery platform, while addressing issues such as missing metadata, field mapping, load file exceptions and adherence to ESI requirements
- Interact with outside service providers to coordinate supplementary PM support and to deliver data for hosting
- Prioritize assignments to communicate status and potential timeline issues
- Perform thorough quality control and validation on all assigned tasks prior to delivery, to insure accuracy of processed data and adherence to required production formats
- Facilitate the administration and tracking of client data
- Provide front-line assistance to end users on utilization of eDiscovery review platforms
- Engage in continuous process improvement, while following outlined processes, workflows and protocols
- Manage internal and external use of Sharefile to securely move data while maintaining security and chain of custody
- Assist with the handling of paper documents, including tasks such as printing, copying, scanning, and binding
- Execute essential tasks using copy machines to produce large quantities of documents and resolve any issues with firm’s equipment

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree is required or a combination of education, certifications, and demonstrable work expertise
- Law firm or vendor experience is advantageous
- Advanced experience with Relativity software is required, RCA credential is a plus
- Experience documenting and organizing tasks and deliverables, with meticulous attention to detail
- Strong technology problem solving and excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly present technical information to less-technical users
- Advanced technical skills in data transfer, processing data, manipulating load files, preparing document productions, Share File, and Excel

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
Regular hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., including lunch hour. This is a full time position working from our Denver office. Overtime is paid at 1.5 times the hourly pay rate when the employee works more than 40 hours in a Sunday through Saturday work week. It is important to note that this is a hybrid position, requiring you to work three days in the office and with the option for two days from home following initial training period.
Travel
Travel is limited and primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-area and overnight travel may be needed to attend conferences or other professional functions.
Salary Range: $75,000 – $95,000 annually. The final salary will be commensurate with education and experience. Additionally, the firm provides standard benefits including health insurance, 401(k) contribution, and paid time off, with annual bonus potential based on firm performance.
