Job Title: IT Manager/IT Specialist
Location: Hollister, CA
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Tuesday - Saturday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Specialist/IT Manager to manage and enhance our technological infrastructure. This hands-on role requires strong technical expertise, leadership abilities, and a strategic approach to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily IT operations, including managing work order tickets and coordinating with external vendors.
- Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures to maintain system security and integrity.
- Administer and maintain network infrastructure, including servers, routers, and switches.
- Ensure high availability and reliability of IT systems by troubleshooting and resolving issues efficiently.
- Support and maintain POS, PMS, and telecommunications systems for seamless operation.
- Implement cybersecurity measures to protect company data and IT assets.
- Lead IT projects, including planning, budgeting, and execution.
- Stay updated on emerging IT trends and recommend technology improvements.
- Collaborate with various departments to assess IT needs and develop effective solutions.
- Provide technical support and training to employees as required.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
- 5 years of IT experience; management experience is a plus.
- Experience in networking, cybersecurity, and cloud computing.
- Experience in Windows Server, SQL, and accounting software.
- Experience in IT project management, including budgeting and resource allocation.
- Familiar with Property Management/Hospitality applications such as Radiant, RMS, and POS systems like Aloha.- Preferred
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively.
