Role: IT Support Specialist
Location: Onsite -Portland Metropolitan
Position Type: Temporary
Hourly Rate: $23-30/hr.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to end users via phone, email, and in-person.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, applications, and peripherals.
- Assist with system updates, patches, and security configurations.
- Document support requests, resolutions, and IT procedures.
- Escalate complex technical issues to appropriate teams when necessary.
- Train users on IT best practices and system usage.
- Support IT projects, deployments, and system improvements.
Qualifications:
- Experience in IT support, help desk, or related technical roles.
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac operating systems, Office 365, and common business applications.
- Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, VPN, etc.).
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- IT certifications (CompTIA A , Microsoft, Cisco, etc.) are a plus.
