Key Details:
- Open to Contract-to-Hire OR Direct Hire
- Location: Onsite in Rancho Bernardo
- Pay: $95-115k
Responsibilities:
- Participate in projects to gather user requirements and design, configure, test and deploy applications.
- Monitor system performance and usage to ensure security and reliability, coordinate new software releases, fixes and upgrades with technical teams and users, recommend new features, change configurations and workflows based on user feedback.
- Help ensure compliance with external/internal data management regulations and policies, including security, audit and data protection regulations
- Project management and participation in projects within your own area of responsibility (such as planning, interfaces, testing and possible data migration)
- Maintains contact with business units, technical personnel, extended support organizations, and vendors to resolve platform issues.
- Develops and presents training materials to end users
- Manage application security, system upgrades, and the SDLC development change management cycle
- Manage software and vendors
- Manage users, security roles, and teams
- Customize forms, views, dashboards, and reports
- Configure business rules, workflows, and business process flows
- Manage data import, export, and backup
- Monitor system performance, health, and usage
- Apply updates, patches, and hotfixes
- Willing to travel on limited request
Qualities:
- Ability to provide accurate work estimates and meet deadlines
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, SQL, MS Dev Ops and Azure
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with security management and access control in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O
- Experience with software development life cycle
- Familiarity with integration techniques, batch processing and data management Microsoft Dynamics
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O architecture and modules
- Demonstrated experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O System Administrator
- Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Strong understanding of the concepts of data, data warehousing and data lake
- Advanced data warehousing such as MRP, Production scheduling, Advanced Manufacturing modules.
- Relevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, Knowledge in the Microsoft D365 F&O Sales (CRM), Power Platform products (Power BI, Apps, Automate etc.) and DevOps are an advantage
Preferred Education/Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration or master's degree in computer engineering or equivalent experience
- 2-4 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O platform administration.
- Relevant certifications
