Mitchell1 is seeking a (Microsoft Dynamics) ERP Administrator to join our Team. Must be a US Citizen.
The responsibilities will include Monitoring system performance and usage to ensure security and reliability, coordinating new software releases, fixes, and upgrades with technical teams and users, recommending new features, and changing configurations and workflows based on user feedback.
Participate in projects to gather user requirements and design, configure, test, and deploy applications.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Ensure compliance with external / internal data management regulations and policies, including security, audit, and data protection regulations
- Project management and participation in projects (such as planning, interfaces, testing and possible data migration)
- Develops and presents training materials to end users
- Manage application security, system upgrades, and the SDLC development change management cycle
- Manage software and vendors
- Manage users, security roles, and teams
- Customize forms, views, dashboards, and reports
- Configure business rules, workflows, and business process flows
- Manage data import, export, and backup
- Monitor system performance, health, and usage
- Apply updates, patches, and hotfixes
