Max Pay: $79.31
Responsibilities
- Develops and delivers strategic financial analysis to support business operations and decisions.
- Analyzes financial and business information to assess business issues and provide recommendations.
- Develops and delivers fiscal year plans and forecasts for a business unit or function.
- Supports the annual budgeting process with analysis and reporting.
- Delivers business management reports and key financial metrics.
- Performs ad hoc financial analysis.
Skills
- Critically analyzes situations and solves problems effectively.
- Well organized with a proven ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrates analytical skills in areas of high complexity and ambiguity.
- Experience in analyzing complex financial reports.
- Strong communication skills and ability to partner with the global finance team.
Qualifications
- Requires a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in accounting, finance, or a related function.
- Requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related degree.
- MBA is preferred but not required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; strong presentation skills.
- Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Excel.
- Exceptional analytical skills and ability to understand the impact of operations on financial results.
