Pay Rate: $32.21/hr. - $57.69/hr.

Duration: 12 Months, Contract, W-2

Our Medical Technologies client is seeking a results-driven Supply Chain Manager to join their dynamic team in Chandler, AZ. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to contribute to high-impact supply chain initiatives in a fast-paced and highly regulated environment. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in supplier management, strategic sourcing, and risk mitigation-driving operational excellence across the global supply base.

Duties:

• Lead supplier negotiations to secure optimal pricing, delivery, and contract terms
• Manage international procurement efforts and foster long-term supplier partnerships
• Identify supply base risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity
• Drive strategic sourcing initiatives and supplier development programs
• Analyze and optimize supply chain processes and performance metrics
• Support cross-functional teams with strong organizational and project management skills

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
• 8 years of professional experience in supply chain or procurement roles
• Proven ability to operate within the medical device, aerospace, or pharmaceutical industries
• Strong track record in international procurement and vendor management
• Demonstrated success in contract negotiation and risk mitigation
• Excellent analytical, planning, and multitasking abilities
