Job Duties

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies that support business objectives.
• Manage relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics providers.
• Oversee inventory management, ensuring optimal stock levels while minimizing costs.
• Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations, including purchasing, warehousing, and distribution.
• Analyze supply chain data and performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Forecast demand and ensure supply chain capacity meets business growth needs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and health & safety standards.
• Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers and service providers.
• Collaborate with other departments (Sales, Production, Finance) to optimize the end-to-end supply chain.
• Implement and maintain ERP or supply chain management systems.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing supply chain team.

Education

• Required: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.

Experience

Required

• 5 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, ERP systems, and best practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership abilities.
• Strategic Thinking, Supplier Relationship Management, inventory & Warehouse Management, Demand Forecasting & Planning, Risk Management, Continuous Improvement Mindset, Financial Acumen

Preferred

• 3 years of semiconductor construction experience
• TSMC Arizona Fab 21 experience

Language

• Required: Proficient in English, both verbal and written, to effectively communicate with crew members, subcontractors, and site management.
• Preferred: Bilingual in English and Spanish or Mandarin to facilitate communication with a diverse workforce.
