Ledgent Finance & Accounting's client is currently seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join their team in California. Responsibilities :
- Overseeing financial operations within a healthcare setting, with a preference for experience in non-profit healthcare.
- Managing capitation and Medi-Cal processes to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Applying strong GAAP knowledge to maintain financial integrity and reporting standards.
- Leading and managing a team to ensure efficient financial operations and adherence to company policies.
- Collaborating with other departments to streamline financial processes and improve organizational efficiency.

Work Hours :
Monday to Friday, with flexibility for remote work after 90 days onsite.

This position is a supervisory role, providing the opportunity to lead a team and make a significant impact within the organization. The maximum pay for this position is $160,000.
