- Process invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Manage expense reports to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Prepare and post journal entries to maintain accurate financial records.
- Utilize prior law office experience, if applicable, to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of accounting processes.
- Apply knowledge of Aderant and Chrome River systems to streamline accounting tasks.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a cohesive work environment.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all financial documentation.
- Experience in invoice processing, expense reports, and journal entries.
- Previous experience in a law office setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with Aderant and Chrome River systems is an advantage.
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work collaboratively with others.

Monday to Friday, during standard business hours.
This position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $21 to $26, based on experience and qualifications.
