Seeking a Accounts Payable Clerk/Specialist in Fort Lauderdale, FL!
This position is HYBRID after the training period! NOTE: The hours / days below
The salary range is between $24-$26 per hour.
The company works a 10 hour shift Monday-Thursday 7:00am-5:30pm OR 6:30am-5:00pm.
Enjoy every Friday off!
Job Responsibilities:
- Process a high volume of accounts payable invoices in an accurate and timely manner
- Set up invoices for payment and process payments via checks, ACH, and wire transfers
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions and statements
- Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date
- Resolve invoice discrepancies and issues
- Maintain vendor files and handle vendor correspondence
- Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of accounts payable experience in an AP or Accounting Clerk type role
- ERP experience
- Ability to commute to Fort Lauderdale two-three times a week
