What are the responsibilities and job description for the AP Specialist position at Ledgent?
Ledgent is partnering with several organizations in the Portland area looking for their next AP clerk to join their team. The pay ranges from $25-$28/hour with benefits through Ledgent on day one!
Essential Functions:
- Review invoice scans and enter data into accounting system with accuracy
- Complete batch imports for AP entries
- Timely research and reconciliation of vendor discrepancies
- Communicate with internal and external partners for missing invoices
- Provide top-notch customer service to customers
- Create route operational and ad hoc reports as needed
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of accounting experience
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- A team player who is comfortable working in a collaborative environment
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Prior experience working with SAP
- Accounting degree or equivalent preferred
