Ledgent is partnering with a leading manufacturing company seeking a proactive and detail-oriented AR clerk on a contract basis. This individual will be responsible for managing customer accounts, ensuring accurate billing and supporting timely collections.
Key Responsibilities:
- Issue invoices, track payments and follow up on overdue accounts
- Ensure invoices align with contract terms and resolve any billing discrepancies
- Respond to inquiries and maintain positive customer relationships
- Prepare aging reports and assist with cash flow forecasting
- Support audits and contribute to overall efficiency of AR processes
Qualifications:
- Preferably 2 years of AR experience
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and billing
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Excel
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
