Join Our Team as an Accounting Specialist!

Are you a detail-oriented accounting professional with a passion for accuracy and efficiency? We're looking for an Accounting Specialist to play a key role in our financial operations, supporting both Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Collections. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working with numbers, vendors, and customers, this role is for you!

What You'll Be Doing:

Accounts Payable:

• Process invoices, payments, and reconcile vendor statements.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation across multiple systems.

Accounts Receivable:

• Oversee customer credit and rebill processes.
• Manage product return credits and resolve discrepancies.
• Provide customers with invoice copies, statements, and credit details.
• Ensure proper tax documentation using Avalara CertCapture
• Reconcile AT&T SPEED payments and address any related inquiries.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Assist with setting up new accounts and maintaining accurate financial records.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve accounting-related issues.
• Support administrative tasks and ad-hoc projects as needed.
• Provide occasional front desk coverage, including answering calls.

What We're Looking For:

• Education: High school diploma required; Associate's degree in Accounting/Finance preferred.
• Experience: 2 years in accounting with a focus in AP/AR.
• Skills: Strong organization, attention to detail, and time management.
• Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with QuickBooks, MS Dynamics - Concur, and Avalara CertCapture is a plus
• Mindset: Self-sufficient, confident, and solution-oriented.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities.
