What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bookkeeper position at Ledgent?
Duties -
- Assist the Chief Operating Officer with financial tasks.
- Handle accounts payable, including invoice review, coding, and payment tracking.
- Track contracts and related payments.
- Prepare quarterly budget reports and analyze expenses.
- Help develop the annual budget by reviewing past spending.
- Manage the RFP process for service procurements.
- Support the annual audit and 990 tax filing.
- Oversee staff timesheets and PTO records.
- Manage petty cash and maintain records.
- Process bank deposits.
- Enter and manage data in the online grants system.
- Complete special administrative projects as needed.
- Improve and implement financial procedures.
- Perform other duties as required
