This role encompasses both HR administration and recruiting functions, making it ideal for a candidate with experience in human resources and talent acquisition. The position focuses on ensuring seamless operations in HR processes while contributing significantly to the hiring efforts.
- Assist in recruiting efforts, including sourcing candidates and coordinating interviews.
- Handle new hire onboarding, including offer letters, background checks, and orientation.
- Manage employee records and HR compliance documentation.
- Support benefits administration, payroll coordination, and time-off tracking.
- Act as a liaison between employees and management for HR-related concerns.
- Maintain and update HR policies and procedures as needed.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide insights for process improvements.
- 2 years of experience in HR, recruiting, or a combination of both.
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Monday to Friday, first shift.
