- Conduct construction reporting to provide insights into project costs and financial health.
- Perform cost verification to ensure accurate financial records.
- Participate in the monthly close accounting process to ensure timely financial reporting.
- Analyze variances to identify discrepancies and opportunities for improvement.
- Assist in the preparation of forecasts and budgets to guide financial planning.
- Engage in Excel projects to analyze and interpret financial data.
- Complete assignments as arranged by the controller, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Track budgets to ensure adherence to financial plans.
- Prepare journal entries to support financial transactions and reporting.
- Compile and prepare data for vendors to support supply chain activities.
- Monitor supplies and inventory to ensure optimal levels are maintained.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred.
- Great with excel
