Ledgent Finance and Accounting has a prominent Client Services partner located in St. Paul needing to add to their team! If you have Bookkeeping or Office Managment experience this might be an AMAZING new team for you!!!

- Mon-Fri 8:30am-4:30pm

Responsibilities:
Oversee daily office operations, including supply management, vendor coordination, and general administrative support.
Process and sort incoming mail, ensuring timely distribution.
Maintain office supplies by tracking inventory and placing orders as needed.
Monitor basic email inquiries and respond or direct to appropriate personnel.
Manage leave of absence holds and update records accordingly.
Process and record financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
Assist in processing reconciliations, third-party payments, and alternative loan monthly reconciliations.
Manage deposit processing and set up for new deposits.
Reconcile and track returned payments while assisting with collections payment plan applications.
Provide assistance processing payments, deposits, and handling other financial transactions.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and support audit preparations.
Requirements:
2-3 years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or office management.
Proficiency in QuickBooks or other accounting software, along with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality with financial and personnel records.
