What are the responsibilities and job description for the Property Accountant position at Ledgent?
Initially, the focus will be on assisting the team with year-end tasks, including:
- End-of-year reconciliations
- Bank reconciliations
- General ledger (GL) journal entries
- CAM reconciliations
- Other duties related to catching up on the books
- The company operates in the commercial, residential, and multi-family sectors, managing properties of various sizes.
- After helping the team catch up, this ambassador will be responsible for maintaining the full-cycle accounting process.
- As the CFO expands the accounting team, this role will evolve to accommodate new team members.
- Must have Yardi software experience and at least 2 years of relevant work experience
