We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warranty and Customer Service Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a knack for troubleshooting, and the ability to provide excellent customer service. This role involves managing warranty claims, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring a smooth order entry process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Warranty Management: Process and manage warranty claims efficiently and accurately.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and Zendesk, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Order Entry: Accurately enter and manage customer orders in our system.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve product issues, providing technical support to customers.
  • Communication: Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner.
  • Data Management: Utilize Excel and NetSuite for data entry, reporting, and analysis.
  • Organization: Maintain organized records of customer interactions, warranty claims, and order entries.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient operations.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, NetSuite, and Microsoft Outlook.
  • Experience with Zendesk or similar customer service platforms.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Previous experience in customer service or warranty management is preferred.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Shift:

  • 8 hour shift
