As our server/shift supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant during peak hours. You will be responsible for supervising our team of servers, ensuring that they provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean and organized dining area. You will also assist in the training of new hires and ensure that our high standards for food quality and safety are met.
The ideal candidate for this position will have at least two years of experience in a supervisory role in the restaurant industry, with a proven track record of excellent customer service and leadership skills. You must be available to work nights and weekends, as these are our busiest times.
