Job Overview
Lee & Associates Denver is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing and commercial real estate initiatives. This role will assist with property listings, eblasts, social media, quarterly reports and administrative support for brokers. If you're organized, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in a fast-paced real estate marketing environment, we want to hear from you! This job has potential to grow into a full-time position.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Marketing & Digital Content
- Assist in creating and scheduling social media posts for property listings, company news, and announcements
- Assist in writing and editing press releases, advertisements
- Assist with marketing collateral: brochures, eblasts and newsletters for property listings
- Assist with archiving and organization of digital and design assets
- Assist with the weekly eblast schedule and coordinate approvals with brokers
- Assist with email list management and updates
Commercial Real Estate Listings & Website Management
- Update property listings across platforms, including CoStar, LoopNet, Crexi, and website
- Assist in tracking listings across platforms
Event Coordination
- Assist in organizing company events, happy hours, and industry networking functions
Administrative & Miscellaneous Support
- Route incoming phone call messages to brokers
- Provide general support for marketing, and brokerage as needed
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or related field, or relevant experience
- 1-2 Years of marketing experience (internships or entry-level positions in real estate marketing a plus)
- Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat)
- Experience in Microsoft programs (Powerpoint, Word, Excel)
- Experience with email marketing platforms (Constant Contact, Campaign Monitor or similar)
- Familiarity with social media management (Loomly, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a deadline-driven environment
- Attention to detail and proofreading skills
- Basic understanding of real estate platforms (CoStar, LoopNet, Crexi, Catylist) is a plus
