Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage property listings while crafting compelling marketing materials, including eye-catching flyers, engaging social media posts, and dynamic email campaigns.
- Prepare and distribute comprehensive property tour packages in both digital and print formats.
- Create persuasive new business presentations and pitches that stand out.
- Design and implement innovative digital marketing campaigns that drive engagement.
- Assist in managing our social media presence, focusing on content creation, scheduling, and visual storytelling.
- Refresh and maintain custom team-branded marketing materials to ensure a cohesive brand image.
- Generate and update regular broker marketing touchpoints, such as newsletters and quarterly updates.
- Prepare commission vouchers and assist in maintaining and coordinating transactional documents for leases and sales.
- Facilitate the development of contract and lease documentation as guided by brokers.
- Collaborate with the research department to conduct local research on property information, demographics, and the surrounding area.
- Produce insightful and appealing market surveys as directed by the coordinating broker.
- Design and produce custom marketing deliverables based on research insights, bringing creativity and innovation to every project.
Required Skillset:
- Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign and Photoshop.
- Experienced in Canva editing software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Outstanding communication abilities, both written and oral.
- Proven track record of creative and independent problem-solving.
- Exceptional organizational capabilities with the foresight to prioritize concurrent tasks and projects.
- Commitment to delivering materials with efficiency and precision.
- Experience in digital marketing campaigns (i.e. social media presence, email campaigns, and website maintenance)
