Lee Auto Group is a family owned car dealership looking to hire an Office Manager. Job to include all dealership office duties, working with GM and Finance Manager, reconciliations, website / inventory management, accounts payable and receivable, HR, and everything else! We will gladly train the right person! We are a busy independent dealership with multiple locations with one Office Manager at each location. We need someone who is a team player with a great attitude and customer service oriented! Very laid back and casual dress code! Fun atmosphere and very fast paced! Top pay! Must be self motivated and have very thorough attention to detail. Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:
- Daily & Monthly reports
- Reconciliations
- Booking deals
- AP and AR
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Attention to detail
- Time management skills
- Valid Driver’s License
- Other Duties: Basic computer and internet literacy
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Accounting: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Preferred)
