Job Summary
We seek an experienced sales professional to join our Construction and Special Projects Department, focusing on outbound sales prospecting and networking to increase profitable sales with identified contractors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build profitable business relationships with local general contractors, owners, developers, and architects.
- Promote the organization and assist in selling other client services.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in MEP sales, estimating, and/or project management.
- A proven track record of successful business relationships in the local market.
